Requesting a return
For non-personalised products, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Email daralinakech@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Return instructions and address
We will send you the return address and instructions privately after you contact us. Please obtain these instructions before sending your parcel. Your timely notice of withdrawal is not dependent on our approval.
Return shipping
If you change your mind and the product is undamaged, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This condition does not apply in the same way to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Personalised products
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the applicable law permits. Making a standard product after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove your return rights.
Damage or an incorrect item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
